Hey I want to make a 3D shooter game on Unity, but I'm not experienced and my potato computer can't run Unity. I don't even know how to code anyway, what do I do?

Hi, I was going to play my PS4 today, and it gave me the BLOD (blue light of death). I got really worried and I followed a guide that said to try unplugging everything in it, I don't feel comfortable doing that though.
Please help.
