I dunno why I put so much detail in the eye but it's been done lol

This wasn't going to be an actual drawing but once I started coloring I couldn't* stop lol

Back again for another art! This time, we have Mr. Scythe man ( jk, its River Person XD ) from Undertale: True Genocide! They looked dope for me, ngl.
