reposted 1.4.4 for the third time (fixed a glitch with ebab)

-fixed a pg bug with the jumpscares
-fixed a pg bug where he completely disappeared
-electrobab (if he's alone) now has a blinking indicator when freddy is in the vent so you don't mess up
-thd pg wind 0.75s->0.5s, kt 6s->8s
