the Three Nights at Sugars: Halloween Edition is finally released after so long!
It is missing core things past the cosmetics and halloween nights but its OUT.
(weird mix of 1.5 with ported 2.0 code, some issues could occur)

it isnt really a v2 but oh well i just forgot to change the name

adds a bit of stuff im too lazy and i lost the original log so

- Remade the star designs to not look bland.
- Removed the Ruins custom night skin and replaced it with the Workspace custom night skin based on One Night at Welds.
- Nerfed shocker by making it deplete more battery when used. (Against HIM you dont)

- Tweaked a few things in Cheats/Fun.
- New audios to make the game play/sound nicer.
- Fixed Toxic completely breaking after Masked kills you.
- Fixed Sugar from not attacking you.
- Fixed Hallway light being forever lit after finishing a night.

- Reworked AI a smidge.
- Nerfed Mangle from draining too much battery in Hell Mode.
- New menu static.
- Reworked nose hitbox.
- Reworked Mangle. (They slow toxic instead of halting)
