I don't think I've ever shown this off - Stone the Crow in POPGOES Evergreen actually had a bit of plastic surgery before his full reveal.

He originally had fatter cheeks and more squinty eyes. The old model looks like the new model's dad or something.

Fun fact, that really old teaser of Stone the Crow actually had concept art for it, done by Turntail.

I can't think of another example where we needed concept art to mock up a teaser!
