I am a part time voice actor and concept artist. Recently though I have fallen into concepting game ideas, background art, and writing. I am generally chill with people calling me whatever they feel comfortable with, but I usually go by Neo, Ray, Tord, Kaz or Chaos. Officially I go by Neo Phantom.
