After the events of the bite of 83. Jeremy Afton, the hospitalized victim of the bite, is deranged and has constant nightmares about the animatronics that torment the poor boy. When he dies from a brain hemorrhage due to the bite, Jeremy's soul meets his mother who lives in Puppet who gives Jeremy a new body with which he will take revenge.
