I don't really have a favorite. Also, there's so many to choose from! I would say Puppet Ganon from Wind Waker. He has 3 different forms during the boss fight.

A Link to the Past is my LEAST favorite zelda game to play. Seriously. Why is it SOOOOO much harder than Ocarina of Time???
