The sound of Bella's Jumpscare from Project Midway is one of the most used in Fangames but what I don't understand is ..... Why do they use the recorded audio and not the original?

Actually I wanted to use some voice from Online Microsoft Sam TTS Generator in some game but I want to ask you
If it's a good idea to use one of those voices in some game?
for example: phone guy voice.
(I plan to use it in Adam and Friends)
