Okay so for the painterly effect I used a tutorial on how to make it and when I was done it looked nothing the image so I might make new textures or just tweak it. Also I did NOT make the image on screen.
I'm getting closer to finishing him, I just need to finish some other parts so I can finally move onto to rendering

Decided to touch up the head since I turned this fella into a character of sorts (props to my irl buds for suggesting the colorful hair)
Was too lazy to make the star glasses,so I borrowed em from another model as a place holder
Advice is welcome!
I modeled a cartoon version of Popgoes. I wanted to make the mouth a texture but i didnt like how it looked, so i guess he just has his mouth closed.
And i need to fix the rig, thats why it looks a bit funky in some places
