undertale fun fact: Mettaton NEO has more HP than Undyne the undying
Undyne has 23k hp, while NEO has 30k
only hell can describe this phase
i'd go for full game run but phase 2 ending crashes the game, and i really hate such things because it causes a buttload of gamejolt notifications to pop up and it takes like 5 years to delete them
