I cant log in, im stuck on the password screen, i tried reinstalling the game but it hasnt worked.

i have no clue what happened. i just wanted to log on one day and saw this. i know this isnt a ban but i couldnt find any results on google, so can someone help?
after a year not playing this game, why i can't login?
