My appeal was accepted but when I go in to play on PC it tells me that my account is banned but on my cell phone it does let me in, why is this?

so i just got banned for no reason. i wanted to join dfc after a while,but i have seen that i have got banned for game tampering.the thing is,i never played with anything on the game(files,cheat engine etc.)
