My tongue stopped bleeding! Yay!!

Did y'all every suck on your arm as a kid? I'm kinda doing that but in my mouth for my tongue so it stops bleeding

Google says I need to apply pressure so I'm using the roof of my month to try and stop the bleeding, idk if it s working but we'll see
