Bugs & Glitches in Sonic.EXE Forever

V6 Isn't working; entering the special stage and collecting the negative ring restarts the game in GHZ, passing the stage also does the same. Also, in V4, the game restarts from the beginning of Act 3 if I beat Exetro in R2.EXE's last fight. Help!
