Xeno's chromatic is being changed as well,

but that'll be in a few minutes.

Xeno and Phanes had the same voice, different FX.

I thought it was time for a change.

Phanes' voice has been changed!

Xeno's voice has been changed too!

For a while, I didn't know how to change the voices, because I've been so used to old voices, but the new ones, make much more sense now. I'll show why later.
