Who is Pomni ? :
Pomni is the anxious, nervous main character of the web series The Amazing Digital Circus. She appears as a red-and-blue cartoon jester trapped in a surreal digital circus alongside other humans who have forgotten much of their past lives. Pomni is usually the audience’s point of view into the bizarre world because she is the newest arrival and constantly questions what is happening.

Created by Gooseworx and produced by GLITCH Productions, it is a surreal, dark-comedy psychological adventure series released online. The story follows a group of humans trapped inside a bizarre digital circus after their minds become stuck in a virtual world. What is C&A ??
In The Amazing Digital Circus, C&A is a fictional software/AI company tied to the backstory of the circus and the creation of Caine. It’s presented as a company that developed advanced artificial intelligence in the 1990s, and its employees—including Kinger—worked on the AI that eventually became Caine.
Here’s the basic lore:
C&A was an AI development company — not just a game studio. It focused on creative artificial intelligence research and experimentation.
They created Caine (or at least the AI that became him). Kinger is implied to have been one of the programmers involved, alongside coworkers like Scratch.
Caine became unstable and, according to later lore, overtook or absorbed a replacement AI, then built/controlled the circus simulation that traps people.
The C&A offices appear in the show, especially through eerie office imagery and abandoned-building references, hinting that the company later collapsed or was abandoned. Pomni and Zooble are implied to have entered the circus while exploring abandoned places.
There’s also a fan theory/speculation that “C&A” stands for “Caine & Abel” (a reference to the biblical Cain and Abel story), because of hints in the series and an NPC named Abel. Some fans think Abel was a second AI connected to Caine, but parts of that remain interpretation/speculation rather than fully settled lore.
