Gameplay in Hollow Knight

i don't know how i get past pantheon 5 that fucking moth bastard, nkg at like 3 hp and pv are just so annoying to the point where i started using lifeblood. dose anyone who has beaten pantheon 5 got any tips for low hp nkg other than "git gud"?

I FINALLY 112% COMPLETED HK! This is the first game I've ever fully completed!
