Gave myself smaller eyes and a bleeding nose because my eyes get smaller when I have a migraine attack and I had a bleeding nose today

Just had a long-ass 5 lap walk around where I live and it was really nice. 🚶♂️
It was nice to get some fresh air and just minding my own business, humming and whistling away. 🎶
Then after all that I had a nice shower to ease down a little. 😌
