I'm all for freedom of expression in fictional works and anti-censorship. Do whatever you want. But there is a limit.
If it involves causing harm to anyone and/or involves a real minor, that's when you have to stop.
I find it truly abhorrent that there are companies in the world that would censor fictional content featuring themes they don't like, yet they deliberately turn a blind eye to harmful material in real life only to get a consistent flow of money.
There are people out there that treat fictional characters as if they're real people and real people as if they're fictional, then they get mad at others who know the difference.
It feels like there are far too many people that don't understand various tropes and terms related to anime, manga, and related Japanese (or Japan-influenced) media.
