He's basically the Batman in the r-side universe (once again this isn't canon unless said by river)

Idea: in R-sides unknown suffering, at some point there’s a loud RIP, and Mickey’s sprites change to show that he’s strained himself so much his cheeks rip, allowing for more of the toxin he made to enter his system
