I get it, you're not trying to be rude, but you need to actually stop. They both are uncomfortable with it and don't like it, and when someone is uncomfortable, you stop. It's common sense /nm.
Did you know that capybaraโs live longer in captivity? They live for 10 years in the wild and 12 years in captivity! So if you want one as a pet they will have a long happy life with you;) have a nice day! And if you donโt believe me look it up
