Alright, so a few weeks ago I showed my concept for a joke Fangame called Mario Kart 5 1/2. I have an idea for a Fangame where you have to either blow up, or derail Billy- one of the most hated characters in Thomas The Tank. Here's how would he look like.
I am giving 0 context to this image, besides the fact that the character is Wilbert.
