The Endo AI will be a bit different to the other animatronics. They will kinda just wander 'round like a confused mouse until they just so happen to stumble into the ventilation.

Marco's Minigame is done, you must shine your light on him ASAP. You have 1.5 seconds to do it and he moves about so lock in.
