I personally, like quality builds, to have a quality build you need at least 27 strength and 40 dexterity.
Well here is a build suggestion, 70 or higher dex, 25 strength, 20-40 faith, and whatever in every other stat. Weapon, Astora Greatsword. Spells, Blessed weapon.
