The simplified answer is, it's an inside joke between @TockaKatze and their followers‼️

This group was mostly created as a joke. It was originally made for giving Velcro attention and chanting silly things such as "VELCRO", "ALL HAIL VELCRO" or "VELCRO ARMY" in the comments of posts with Velcro in it. Essentially we worship this dumb goober because it's silly.
