I designed a vacation home for Olivia and accidentally spent an hour on the front yard... xD I'll try to get a video at some point, but here's a pic of the yard and also Olivia enjoying her 'portal to the land of dreams,' as she referred to it. :D

tip you all probably knew already:
coconuts sell for the most out of all fruits not native to your island. So if you're in the early game, stock up on those palm trees!
