Guys, i have a new theory of who the knight could be: Asriel.

Asgore is chapter 5's secret boss. Let me explain.
So we know that asgore has a shard or crystal of some sort, many have speculated and thought it was the dark shard we get from the knight, but I think it's a shadow crystal. Every secret boss has one.

In Chapter 4, Toriel calls sans "Mr. Sans", implying that his last name IS sans. This could either mean his first name is something different, or he's similar to mario, and his name is "Sans Sans". Papyrus would be "Papyrus Sans"
