Whenever I try to import an image using shovel utilities for a welcome screen the image won't show up after 3 or 4 times. On Turbo Warp it'll give me a popup to allow said function. Dunno what to do. Is the timing for the image to import bad?

I can't figure out how to correctly import scratch projects into GameJolt. I used a tutorial and the Turbowarp method but I still cant figure it out. Can someone please help me with this?
