I found a Vampire Waluigi model that's compatible with BrawlCrate on a Mario Kart modding wiki.
So now, I only need someone to make model edits, the previous post has been updated to reflect that.

Hi everyone, i want to let you know that the office has been revamped for many things like the textures on the walls, the door texture and the props on both desk and shelves, just to have something unique. The office render will be secret for now...
Why bother shutting the window when you can just shock them instead?
I tried rendering Wario outside the office on the left, what's your opinion about it?
Oh yeah, I should probably mention now that the coder I'm working with is @thatdoggocalledray 
. They are a very good coder and without them this whole project wouldn't have gotten off the ground. He has made many projects, so go check his work out.
