Farming, now with Cloud Seeding!

Needs work, but the basics are all set up!

The way I've got it so far you can only have 1 weather at a time, but I'll probably covert it into an array so you can have a few at once.

Wasn't happy with how the Weather was effecting the ground, the randomness was too low, so here's a new method.

It now tries to do the whole area below the cloud, then rolls a dice to try place it at each sub-tile.
(P.s you can dig Snow with a Shovel)

Updating the Save system is slightly delayed, I gotta do a Pixel Portrait for [REDACTED]

So here's the Weather, did you know it can water your crops for you?

Updated the way Goblin names are chosen, this is just for testing purposes, but I thought it would be nice to have the people who've supported and believed in me hanging around while I test stuff
