My favorite Zelda games are Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and Wind Waker. Because each has a rich story that creates its own lore that's consistent. While other Zelda games are great on their own, but flip flop between sequel or prequel.

I've only played couple Zelda games but what I love from playing them (and zelda-like games also) are progression and secret finding. Getting stronger and have more abilities to progress and find secrets feels great!!
