To me, Rayquaza is one of the best Legendary Pokémon and he looks way cooler than some of the other legendary pokémon. HE IS LITERALLY A FLYING SERPENT, WHICH IS INFLUENCED BY AZTEC GOD QUETZALCOATL! And lives in the freakin sky for millions of years.
