unfortunately tho sharkpool doesnt accept those into sharkpools-extensions.vercel.app/ cuz he is format picky

porting more shit from turbobuilder-dev to turbobuilder-woad
also according to dev console from earlier tbw seemed to read something in that experiment, blockly just doesnt load it
bit of an experiment in progress
making it so if you try to import .tbw (new project file for this thing) into turbowarp it reads an extension with a warning message
turbobuilder woad wont read project files at the moment
