I use CTRL + R to refresh the page and that option is still turned on.

Now I'm thinking this is either just a bug or some moron decided to roll this out on an update.

GOOD NEWS, i finished for reinstalling windows 10 to fix it, and the backup files already is done in yesterday, and now my msi gaming laptop is already fixed for good, yay!!!

besides i told you when i can fixing some computers and laptops!
