If there is thing where you can make any video game character that hasn't been a toy, i would straight up pick the pvz gw1 Footsoldier variants with Joints to pose them in. Including their guns.

Explaining One Thing Or Two
First plant, the chomper. The chomper would have a Fake Peppino variant, while the pea-shooter would have the Doise variant.
Update on the Pizza tower x pvz gw2 collab. In order to get the peppino engineer variant and the noise imp variant, you would have to unlock them by doing a quest. There would also be more pizza tower character variations.
