Currently Shiny Hunting for Shiny Moltres in Pokemon SoulSilver, it's getting pretty boring so should i just catch it and shiny hunt Mewtwo instead?

Alright, so I decided to play a nuzlocke in Pokemon Emerald but with a twist. Every single pokemon I catch are randomized into a another pokemon at the beginning of each battle....
