Difficult, maybe Delirium? i really like his boss fight for how he have every attacks and for how he becomes (almost) every bosses in the game, and I really his music in it 
there are 2 round and big blue things on my screen
It took a long time to learn that some of the names of bosses from The Binding of Isaac are actually medical conditions...

I got Ipecac on 2nd item room in flash tboi want to know what happens? I got Blighred Ovum as a boss in basement, even though he's a boss IN THE CAVES IN FLASH, and Ipecac in flash wasn't like Ipecac in rebirth, so I DIED I AM FUCKING PISSED OFF
