Hello, my name is Drew Pickles! Welcome to The Barney Bunch community on GameJolt! We're the Barney Bunch that includes my best husband, Barney the Triple Testicle Dildosaur, Ronald the Penis Clown McDonald, Dick the Clown, Ned Flanders, The Quaker Queer, Chaz Finster, Cap'n' Crunch the Swelling Sexy-Butt Pirate, Clifford the Big Gay Red Dog, Arthur Read the Sex-Loving Hamster.

The Barney Bunch is a community of individuals on YouTube and other platforms who create Speakonia-narrated videos featuring the antics of characters like Drew Pickles, Barney, The Wiggles, and Ronald McDonald—who is often referred to as the "Penis Clown"—along with various fictional characters, food mascots, and even celebrities. In these videos, these characters are humorously reimagined as promiscuous homosexual men engaged in outrageous antics.

The group originated as a trolling collective on Newgrounds in 2005 and migrated to YouTube in 2006. Since then, it has transformed into a dynamic community, experiencing several internal 'wars' from the late 2000s through the mid-2010s.

The basis of this concept is to take a childhood cartoon character (from preschool shows or cartoons of the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, etc.), a food mascot (such as those from cereal brands, fast food chains, snacks, etc.), or a celebrity (like Snagglepuss, Lucky the Leprechaun, or The Jonas Brothers) and have them discuss their extreme homosexuality. No background information is needed about the character, and even Pablo Sanchez is not exempt from this treatment. This premise often leads to hilarious results. Regardless of personal opinions on the Bunch—whether you see them as a clever parody exploiting common gay stereotypes or consider it tasteless—it's likely that you have encountered at least one of their videos at some point.

Several years ago, some members of the community also trolled FanFiction.Net by creating fanfics in a similar style. These began to fade away after a few months, though higher-quality fics have been produced in the years since.

In the later years, the Barney Bunch community became divided between VidLii, a website designed to mimic the layout of late 2000s YouTube, and YouTube itself. The Barney Bunch in the mid to late 2010s differs significantly from its earlier iterations. Users like Blood, Skewt, and Life Or Death led a shift away from classic BB video styles (such as the "Drew Pickles Goes To" series) in favor of more outrageous, raw, and spammy content. However, by the 2020s, the old style began to re-emerge, alongside new, story-driven videos.
