While it was never finished, I can implement a half finished new Vegtable Valley tileset (noticably not changing the trees.)
Should I do the change or keep it to be the old look?

Explore a new area based on "Deltarune: Frostveil".

Fight enemies never before fought in Starrune! Find treasure never before seen in Starrune! All in this new sub-area of the Lost Library in the upcoming Version 3!

Thanks to @Anqurei the Grand Grounds now look more wooden as that area is meant to be the drawer in which the console where Dreamland lies is placed.

Plus it's now no longer a recolor of Cyber Field!

StarRune (2023) (Pre-Chapter 3) had NormalNPC, whose text aged surprisingly well with the whole Chapter 5 situation.

I added in an shadows library by "ralsei_39" which is used to give the pre-arena room a bigger "evening feel". I also manually set the pixels where the shadow won't be in the background as the background here is sky.
