I believe that why Kris, Frisk, and Chara are nonbinary is because of who ever is playing male, female, nonbinary, transgender, or anything that you identify as they can be that gender.

I don’t believe I seen this but had anyone tried swapping areas in undertale with the chapters in deltarune?
Like ch1 card kingdom could now be the ruins with toriel swapped with king and flowey with jevil
