Does anybody know a good software to make Undertale Fanart or other art? Cause if you look at one of my post my art is created using MS Paint... which is not very good in the end... If you know something please tell me...

Is there any great free alternative to FL studio I do not feel like paying 100-200$ just to make music that I could do for free.

Also anyone with a paid fl studio willing to open my project and send it back to me?
