I like undertale aus but sans has gotten his time to shine, why hasnt anyone made aus that center around Toriel undyne monster kid or most importantly the moving rock and vulcans?

Does anyone know the story of Flowey Possesion AU further?
Without any internal information the concept seems unrealistic as Flowey speaks of Sans as the one who troubled him during his resetting escapade.
If he could have just done that, why didn't he?
