I'm having a couple problems with the client
-It thinks I am currently playing a game while the game isn't open
-While it thinks I am playing a game I can't download any other games
-some games can't download or play
Please help, I really like GameJolt and all the great Indie Games.
We know about this, and I lost track of counting how many brand new threads that makes about this subject already.
It appears to be a Windows issue, as I'm on Mac and I'm fine on this one. The staff is working terribly hard to get this issue solved.
At this moment the staff is gathering logs from people in order to map out the entire cause of the problem, hoping to find a solution. Until that time all we can do is wait.
If you go to "Client Settings" by clicking on your avatar and looking below add game you can turn off pause all downloads while playing.
Also, new version will be out really soon that may fix it :)
ssomeone help me im can't open game jolt client the new version dosen't install
you have to install the new client manually.
