yes I used to play other people's games and yes I'd often critique them. the idea by doing so good games could be discovered on the site. with coppa being passed in the united states my games are exactly what coppa had in mind when they passed the law especially defend yourself. gamejolt hasn't outright delisted my games. people who want to find them can still find them but there no longer part of the algorithm in any way.

on kingdom hearts the islands

this game was eventually removed because I removed code from the kingdom hearts javascript file needed for soras vertices. as ive continued to play it. I can see that it could easily allow a missingno like exploit to run and seeing sora is very hard on the eyes. this degradation wasnt a missingno joke. but yes the other island was cinnibar. and dont kid yourself although pokemon is the best game ever made. it also contains the most heinous virus of arbitrary code execution ever to exist. it is not a mistake of underflow. hammers dont accidentally destroy houses. the itch io version didnt have the bug but I guess I did know. I just really liked the sora kairi scene so much I didnt remove it and this is where the sora vertices removal is at its worst.

defend yourself was a very coarse game that could run on pretty much anything. something I was quite proud of. because it was getting to the point where none of my games were running on my iphone 5s. it was a game about bullying that was inspired by an anti defamation league jam. however I didnt think it really belonged there. it was about how the best way to stop bullying and defamation is to defend yourself. there is no legal way to repair a reputation. there are only ways for corporattions and people to survive after damage to a reputation has been done. people don't care if a person gets a million dollars for defamation. that doesnt exactly help their reputation. there idea for teaching people to stand up for people who have been bullied though is a good idea. a game designed for middle schoolers with language as coarse as the game had is exactly what Im assuming coppa was designed to do so I removed it.
