100 orcs CRUSHED.

I really enjoyed this! I loved the art style - I usually don't go for rag-doll animation styles, but the hero animates really crisply, and the bad guys all have nice recoils and visible tells. The game "feels" great, and this is in large part to your excellent animations. The art itself, of course, is fantastic - I would love an adventure full of this.

Not so much a complaint, but a critique - for me, the dominant strategy seems to be jumping and stabbing down in the air. This is so dominant, in fact, that I can see no reason at all to stay on the ground. I would prefer not to "nerf" the air attack, but could you add some motivation for the player to stay on the ground? Maybe the archers could shoot arcing arrows as well (with a separate tell, of course), or maybe give some enemies helmets which protect them from aerial attacks.

Super well-done! I read your post on gamasutra and came to check you out here - very inspirational. I have found myself in a similar position. Nice job!
