Mania Victory Animation Remake

This Sonic 3 A.I.R Mod adds a victory animation for Mania Sonic Revised! This is A Redo of this mod made by gfx32. Redone Scripts, but same sprites. Anyway, Hope Yall Enjoy the mod. Setting the Mod to a higher priority is recommended; Otherwise, it won't work.
