After the incident at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza branch on Cooper Street, construction work began under the property in the strictest secrecy.

A project with a clear objective:

Control over the uncontrollable.

In a hermetically sealed research complex, Fazbear Entertainment sought to create a new being by merging remnant fragments, lost memories and AI behavior - one that understands human morality... and enforces it.

Codename: PROJECT SERMON

Goal: An autonomous security unit, built from fragments of consciousness from old animatronics - bound by Remnant, guided by “moral protocol 07-A”.

But the creature learned faster than expected.

It evaluated. It remembered. It judged.

“He knows every lie, every thought you repress.”

“He knows you better than you know yourself.”

When employees began to disappear, safety protocols were overwritten - by the system itself.

The project was canceled. The lab was sealed. And forgotten.

2025 - Present

An urban exploration team discovers the old maintenance shaft during construction work on a new shopping mall.

No one really believes what they will find there.

But as they delve deeper, it becomes clear:

Nothing down here is really dead.

And something - something with a voice, patience and a long memory -

is waiting for you.

Background

In 1995, after the grand opening of the modern Freddy Fazbear pizzeria, the place gained quite a lot of popularity given the fact that it was the first time where animatronics were used. At that time this was a real miracle never seen before. These life-sized robots could perform complex tasks and entertain everyone who gazed upon them. But with the advent of popularity rumours began to spread about the disappearance of people in this place and the presence of strange, paranormal phenomena there. Despite many appeals from the public, the police ignored their pleas and so it came to tragedy.

In 1997, for unknown reasons, a fire broke out in Freddy Fazbear. After the huge damage occurred the establishment ceased its operations. Although the restaurant was mostly demolished, the lower part, namely the basement, was almost forgotten by everyone, except by one peticuliar Harris Twerner...

Harris Twerner was a former FBI agent, he lived in this city and knew everything about Freddy Fazbear and its inhabitants. Some say that thanks to him, the police did not pay attention to the mentioned rumours. Harry knew the entire layout of the building and also about the genius and the inventions made by a certain engineer named Kevin Gray. According to some information, he died in the fire that wrecked the pizza place. For a yet unknown reason Harry decided to hire a team of washed up scientists so that they could collect the remaining parts of the animatronics from the basement and make something special, something…more…out of them.

They set up a laboratory where they conducted experiments with some of the scrappy robots, trying to restore them to their former glory.

But on August 7 of the same year 1997, tragedy struck again. Although being careful, one of the experiments got out of control and panic ran rampant in the laboratory. Some of the scientists died right then and there whilst others just went missing.

After this incident, the laboratory was officially closed for the public and an investigation into Harry Twerners involvement was launched.

Just a month later Harry himself died in a strange manner (unkown) and the investigation came to a halt. Slowly, the focus of the public shifted so no one remembered this place until 2025.

There, the construction of a shopping centre began on the site of the old ruin meant to be completed by 2027.

Our main character:

Roy Moises is a man who loves adventures and mysteries. He is known by his peers to be fearless and always facing things headfirst. Four days before the action of the game, he found an old article on the internet detailing the events of `97. This really baffled our main character because his childhood friend Justin Fent vanished without a trace - in this city, in this fateful year. Prior to this his friend mentioned that he found a job and that he would soon work with some animatronics.

Justin Fent is our main character's best friend since childhood. He has always shown interest in various sciences, studied and finished top of his class but was not particularly lucky with finding work. So when in 1997 after he had just recently graduated he was invited to work on a secret project, he immediately agreed but couldn't even imagine how it would turn out for him...

Therefore, our main character has several reasons to explore that place, mainly to find out the secrets of this place and to understand what happened to his best friend. He collects a suitcase with the necessary things and sets off on a journey.

Roy sneaks into the construction site at night and, whilst investigating, accidentally stumbles upon a small hole, where he decides to get in.

After that he sees a narrow tunnel and crawling through it, he ends up in a small room with an iron door appearing right in front of him. He tries to open it and discovers it isn't locked. He passes over the threshold and after venturing a few steps inside, the door slams shut behind him. An escape seems impossible – at least in the way he entered. So our adventure begins...
