Hello. Open Surge developer here. I have a friendly request to make. Our community has brought to my attention that your game is using graphics and music from our project. Our project is an open source game & engine and we have released most of our graphics and musics under the Creative Commons Attribution license. You can freely use and remix our artwork as long as you give proper credit.

In your game, we see graphics and listen to musics from two of our levels (Sunshine Paradise & Waterworks Zone), and yet, no credit has been given (as seen on Jaypin88's YouTube video dated from Dec 21, 2020).

Please update your game and give credit to both the Open Surge project and to all the people who created the individual graphics and musics you're using. That includes me, two musicians, and a few other artists. You can get to know the names of all these people in the credits screen of our game, and also in the individual files containing the graphics.

Not giving credit precludes the possibility of using the content. I hope soon to see an updated release of your game with proper credit given.
