I will show you a programm for UNDERTALE For Edit sprites and dialogues
TranslaTale
Instructions:

Extract file into desktop or folder
Open it
Click "Open" and select strings.txt and strings - edit.txt
Enjoy translating! (Or editing sprites in Paint.net)
If you translated Click on "Save" and save to strings - edit.txt
Click on "Tools" and Glyph/Project Repack
Click on NEXT, Download Fonts and click on NEXT, click NEXT AGAIN! And Find UTFonts.win, data.win, strings - edit.txt and Sprites
Replace the data.win in UNDERTALE Folder
Enjoy!
